Active Balanced Community visited most of the high schools in Monroe county Michigan in 2007 to ask all senior class members to drive safe and responsibly this year.
The result was 1,219 students signing the pledge to be a responsible driver.
This includes:

• No talking on the cell phone when you are driving
• Be a good passenger, let the driver concentrate by leaving them alone
• Don’t try to drive when you are too tired to stay awake
• Slow down in construction zones.
